Moldova–Russia relations and 26° of mutable signs

Russo-Moldovan relations became a main focus of foreign policy for Republic of Moldova after the collapse of the Soviet Union. During the Transnistria War, Russia gave formal and informal support to Moldovan secessionist, direct intervention of Russian 14th Guards Army stationed in Moldova on behalf of the secessionist side resulted in end to fighting and the emergence of the internationally unrecognized entity of Transnistria.
In the horoscope of Moldavia we can see the Moon/Mars opposition over 26° Pisces/26° Virgo, which is exactly axis Asc/Desc (26° Virgo/26° Pisces) of the Russian Federation. Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, has his OOB (out-of-bounds) Mars at 26° Sagittarius (at Galactic Center, well-known as Milky Way, the place of the biggest power within the Zodiac), squaring axis 26° Virgo/26° Pisces.
From 9th April – 11th May 2023, transit Neptune is going to cross over 26° Pisces (by the way draco Moon of the Russian Federation is placed 27° Pisces, which means that the memory of Russian people today has very strong bond with Moldavian people, after all, they were sometimes – the one, the same, within the USSR), calling out the relationship between Moldavia and Russia.
Moldavia has its Sun (ruler of its MC, e.i. 10th house – government, Prime Minister, President) in 10th house, at 3° Virgo, in inconjunction with Saturn at 1° Aquarius, which means that in the moment when transit Saturn comes at 3° Pisces, and makes an oppositon with Moldavian’s Sun – the government of this country may go through some challenges times, when they may lose something.
Also, Dmitri Medvedev’s Solar Arc Moon (Russian people) is during 2023 at 26° Gemini, and now we have the Grand Cross over 26° of mutable sign. And, if the New Moon at 26° Gemini (on 18th June 2023) joins too (in the moment when Saturn turns retro at 7° Pisces), we are getting the activation of something in relations between Moldavia and Russia. It may be intense, as the energy of every Grand Cross must ’explode’.
Secondary progressed Moon of Vladimir Putin is going to cross over 26° Sagittarius too, end of August/the beginning of September 2023. At the same time, transit Neptune is crossing again over 26° Pisces, but this time in retro motion. Also, and Saturn in its retro motion is crossing again over 3° Pisces, hitting the Sun of Moldavia (I spoke on this above already).
As you can see (charts which I am putting after this paragraph), secondary progressed Sun and seconary progressed Moon of Putin are meeting at the same spot in late August 2023, and easy starting to make conjunction (we still need orb 30’ + -) with his natal OOB Mars at Galactic Center. When his secondary progressed Moon (Russian people) makes exact conjunction with his natal Mars -it may be a challenge for him, his people, and the relations between Moldavia and Russia, as it is calling out his natal Moon/Mars opposition as well as Moon/Mars oppositon in the chart of Moldavia. Some struggle may be there.
During 2024 his secondary progressed Sun is going to cross over his OOB Mars (natally he has Mars/Sun trine) which means that his great war success may starting to come already end of 2023/the beginning of 2024. Also, he may use then some very special weapon, as all is happening around Galactic Center (which is by the way Sputnik too, and every journey in space).
As I’ve said, we may expect some events starting from 9th April already, but I would pay attention also on the moment when transit Sun is going to cross over 26° Pisces, and that is happening around 17th March 2023, just before Pluto’s changing of signs.
If we take a look on draconic chart of Moldavia, we can notice the Sun (government, PM, President) at 15° Scorpio, conjunction Russian’s Pluto, opposition Russian’s Venus. On 5th May 2023 we are going to have the lunar eclipse at 14° Scorpio 58’. Pluto in the horoscope of Russia is sitting at the cusp of its 3rd house (neighbourhood), and Venus is sitting at the cusp of its 9th house (abroad).
And one more imporatant thing! Look where is draco Neptune of Moldavia! It is at 26° Pisces!
Also, what I have to mention is axis of draco Moon/Mars oppositon of Moldavia. It goes over 8° Gemini/8° Sagittarius (it is the axis of lunar node’s of Medvedev, as well as ais of Gazprom, you can read my article on Nord Stream here). This axis was acctivated on 12/13 January 2023 when transit Mars turned direct. I have to add here something important. When ex Yugoslavia was starting to falling apart, 8° of mutable signs were acctivated, and whenever some ex YUG repbulic wanted to leave Yugoslavia, to separeate, we have 8° of mutable in the air, even regarding Kosovo and Metohija. What I want now to say is this: if Moon/Mars opposition in the chart of Moldavia is going over 26° of Pisces/Virgo, and if it hits the horoscope of Russia, Putin, Solar Arc Moon of Medvedev, one is clear – those two countries may re/open again some old issues during 2023.
